You will be presented some options and you would need to give a brief description of your child regarding his/her state of development so that an Individualized Educational Plan would be created for your child’s Summer FUNctional Life Skill Workshop.
An example of a Training Track is as follows:
For Read To Lead – Do you want your child to focus on Reading Fluency, Spelling and Vocabulary Building, Grammar, Reading Above Current Grade and Developmental Level, Special Needs or Behavioral Modification, Speed Reading Techniques, or a Reading Discovery just for the Love of it?
Your child will choose, with your approval, on what s/he will read: Factual, Current Events, Sciences, History, Classics, Adventure, Fiction and Fantasy and a host of other topics.
