Can I enroll my child anytime?

Yes, you may enroll your Preschool child anytime. Please click this link to know about our Open Enrollment Scheme and FLEXI-time Schedules.

We also accept Grade School transferees during the school year although the Department of Education advises that unless it is very urgent and important, the child should finish the school year in his/her current school before transferring.

My child needs to transfer in the middle of the school year, does your school accept mid-year transferees?

Please see ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFEREES.

If the child is transferring to Preppi School, you would need to procure the necessary Clearances, Recommendations and Partial Transcript of Records. If you are able to acquire your child’s Transcript, covering the short duration of his/her studies from the current school and such is accredited by the Department of Education, then your child will just CONTINUE on with the school year with us. This means that your child does not need to repeat the first part of the school year that was spent in the previous school.

During Assessments in Preppi School, the assigned teacher of your child will make sure that the basic concepts previously covered are well understood by your child before moving on to higher concepts. Preppi School would make sure that your child has a firm grasp of the concepts and has a solid foundation per academic subject. Preppi School believes that grades/transcript do not serve as a sufficient gauge to determine your child’s cognitive level or skill. Some children get good grades but still manifest a poor foundation comprehension which, if not corrected or addressed, may hinder him/her from successfully mastering and achieving higher level concepts appropriate for his/her grade level and development.

Do you have Scholarships?

Yes, indeed!

Preppi School offers educational opportunities to indigent children every school year. Through the Aida Janeo-Virata Scholarship Fund, a number of children are accepted in Preppi School every school year.

Preppi School also has an Adopt a Child Program wherein it supports and sends a number of children to school who live in rural areas in different provinces of the Philippines.

Through its Educational Mission Outreach: EMPOWER LAB, the Preppi School System (PSS) is installed in partner organizations offering FREE Education to the poor in select communities in the Philippines. See Mission Outreach.

What is your Refund Policy?

Enrollment is accepted for the entire school year. Fees are made upon enrollment.

Students who enroll middle of the year, still enroll for the entire school year (equivalent to 10 months) in order to be promoted to the next level. Upon enrollment, the directress and the parent/ guardian agree on the specific months of schooling that the enrollee will follow. For instance, a toddler who enrolls on January may come to class for 10 straight months to complete a school year, from January to October (including Summer Classes). Another option is to come to class from January to March and then resume by June onwards.

Grade School students who may come in middle of the year, typically have to follow a more set schedule but may come for Summer Classes to complete DepEd required class days.

Refund on certain fees may be granted for the following valid reasons:

1)  The student acquires sickness that requires rest for the school year. This has to be certified by a medical doctor.

2) The Family has to migrate or the parents are have work assignments abroad

Details on Refund are listed below:

  1. Registration & Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
  2. Reservation Fees are refundable only within the two weeks it has been paid.
  3. Ten percent of the Miscellaneous Fees are non-refundable. The unused class months (minus the 10% surcharge) may be pro-rated and refundable.
  4. For Tuition Fees:
  • Full Refund is granted if advice is given before classes commence.
  • If withdrawal is made on the first week of classes, you will be charged 10% of the total Tuition Fee you have paid, whether the student attended classes or not.
  • If withdrawal is made on the second week of classes, you will be charged 20% of the total Tuition fee you have paid, whether the student attended classes or not.
  • There is no refund after the second week of classes.
  • The Class Level enrolled in must be applied within the time period agreed upon. Unless previously agreed upon, unused Class Sessions that go beyond the time period paid for will not be valid. There will be no refund for unused Class Sessions.
